Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will only be accepted in writing (email).
Cancellation within two weeks of the course start date will be subject to charges equal to 100% of the course fee. The registrant may send a delegate in their place. The registrant may reschedule their training for the next available course offering with a 20% re-booking fee.
Cancellation on the part of Wajax will result in full course fee refunds.
